Internet sensation Uorfi Javed has made a name for herself by making and wearing her unique ‘best out of waste’ clothes. Amidst it all, on Friday morning a video of her being arrested by the Mumbai police is going viral on social media.
In the video posted by Viral Bhayani on Instagram, Uorfi is seen enjoying her morning as she leaves a cafe when a group of alleged police officers takes her into custody. The actress is seen wearing a backless red top and denim pants. The female officer is seen asking the actress to accompany her to the police station. When she questions why, the officer is heard saying, “Itne chote chote kapde kaun pehenke kaun ghumta hai?” The officers then hold her by the arms and escort her to their car. Having faced a lot of criticism and negativity for her choice of clothing, the star in an old interview had openly spoken about coming up with such outfits so that she could gain popularity. Talking about it with ETimes, she had said, “Who decides what’s right and what’s not? Celebs say I am doing all this for attention... Yes, I am doing it for attention. This industry is all about getting popularity and getting attention, so what is wrong with it then?”
